Sausage Making Workshop

The Sausage Making Workshop is back

Learn the art of sausage making with our Convivium leader and Chef from Il Paiolo Catering Vincenzo Velletri.

When

Sunday, 2nd of July – from 12:45 pm – for a 1 pm start – to 3:30 pm.

Arrive early for tea or coffee.

How it works

Vincenzo will walk us through the history behind sausage making and his personal culinary traditions and recipes. Together with Vincenzo, we will then prepare the meat and fill the skins of the sausages.

Once this is done, we will enjoy a traditional snack and our self-made sausages made of pork and beef meat.

At the end of the day, every participant will be able to take home a share of the sausages that we made. Please bring your own container to put the sausages in to take home.

$70 for Swan Valley and Eastern Regions Slow Food members

$80 for non-members

*You will need to bring your own chopping board, knife and container for sausages to take home.
