This is a very special section, revealing treasured food stories, traditions and recipes, passed on for generations by family members and friends.

We are very honoured to share this special project with you.

Our Convivium is gathering and publishing authentic food memories that cover a wide range of experiences from:

  • Remembered food production
  • Indigenous culture and practices
  • Farm life and Family life
  • Food and meals from different cultures and traditions, and
  • Food associated with festive occasions and celebrations.

 We particularly want to preserve food memories that are at risk of being forgotten. Find our collection of national and international food memories, and get challenged to try the recipes too.
