About the Festival
The Slow Food Festival Mundaring – Food, Wine & Spirits 2026 is a celebration of the people, places and produce that make the Perth Hills region unique.
Inspired by the international Slow Food movement, the festival brings together local growers, artisan food makers, winemakers, brewers, distillers, chefs and community organisations to showcase food that is good, clean and fair.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the people behind the products, discover seasonal local produce, enjoy regional food and beverages, learn about sustainable food systems and connect with a community that values quality, tradition and environmental stewardship.
