Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Slow Food Festival Mundaring – Food, Wine & Spirits 2026. We welcome applications from local food producers, wineries, breweries, distilleries, growers, artisans and businesses whose products and values align with the Slow Food movement. This page provides an overview of the vendor application process, important dates and everything you need to know before submitting your Expression of Interest.Who Can Apply?
We welcome Expressions of Interest from businesses and organisations that align with the values of the Slow Food movement and contribute to a vibrant, high-quality festival experience.
Local Food Producers
Fresh produce, artisan foods and regional specialties.

Wineries, Breweries & Distilleries

Artisan Food Makers
Cheese, preserves, olive oil, honey, baked goods and gourmet products.

Sustainable & Community Organisations
Businesses and organisations promoting local food, sustainability and community.

Coffee & Specialty Beverages
Coffee roasters, tea merchants and specialty non-alcoholic beverages.

Growers & Farmers

Food Trucks & Ready to Eat Vendors
Food trucks pop-up kitchens and ready-to-eat gourmet food vendors.
Vendor Participation Fee
A $300 Vendor Participation Fee applies to successful applicants only. Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. Applicants who are successful will receive a Conditional Approval, after which an invoice for the Vendor Participation Fee will be issued. Final confirmation of your site will only occur once payment has been received and all required documentation has been submitted and approved.Important Dates

Our vendor application process has been designed to ensure a fair, transparent and consistent assessment of all Expressions of Interest.
Before You Apply
Before submitting your Expression of Interest, please ensure you have the following information available:- Business name and ABN (if applicable)
- Primary contact details
- Description of your products or services
- Details of your proposed stall or display
- Public Liability Insurance (where applicable)
- Food business registration or notification (where applicable)
- Gas compliance certification (if applicable)
- Electrical Test & Tag certification (if applicable)
- Any other licences, permits or approvals required to operate your business
